Fortuna Gaming is looking for a Product Assistant for its portfolio of iGaming websites.
Our company utilises several digital marketing techniques and strategies to promote real money casino

Job Description
You will assist the product enhancement and user experience for a suite of successful iGaming brands, including casino and sportsbook.
Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing user journeys and utilising Hotjar recordings to draw up improvement plans (Casino and Sport).
- Monitoring and collating all user reviews (affiliate, apps, and Trust Pilot), suggesting areas for improvement.
- Reviewing all promotion pages and banners, suggesting new style guides, and ensuring consistency of designs, CTAs, formatting and structure of pages. Monitoring on an ongoing basis to ensure all new promotions are on brand.
- Assisting in ensuring we link CRM campaigns with onsite content, focusing on improving user knowledge and access to ongoing promotions.
- General competitor analysis, game lobby/grid analysis, promotions, and emerging trends.
- Regular monitoring of data and evaluating impact of changes.
Criteria
Essential
- Some basic knowledge of product ownership, CRM and digital marketing.
- Experience of / interest in online gaming / gambling / sports betting
- Ability to analyse data, see patterns and put plans in place to drive future activities.
- Confident in using excel.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with natural creativity.
- Technically literate with a tech savvy mindset. Some experience with HTML.
- Desire to start new projects and see them through to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently to deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.
Desirable
- Relevant qualifications.
- Product or marketing experience in a work or entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in casino and sports betting.
